Attention Construction Managers and Facility Managers:
Even if your company has not been cited by OSHA for any of the above violations nor have any of your personnel been involved in an incident or serious accident, you should still plan to have your workers trained to ensure that your company will not be a recipient of any expensive fines from OSHA and also prevent the possibility of fatalities that could occur at any given time. Violations pertaining to Excavations, Trenching & Shoring are not referenced above. However, many workers are buried in excavations on a daily basis by working in situations as shown below:

Professional Safety Training Services (PSTS), Inc. would appreciate the opportunity to conduct 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction Safety & Health Courses, 40-Hour HAZWOPER Courses, and or HAZMAT Responder Courses for your Company whenever you decide to have your personnel trained to work safely.
PSTS, Inc. Instructors will travel to your facility anywhere within the USA, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico if you have a considerable amount of people to be trained. However, due to a great demand for our services, we urge you to act quickly to engage our training services because we are having so many companies requesting our services on a weekly basis. We are now scheduling our safety training and safety consulting services on a first-come, first-serve basis. Call now! Do not wait until our training calendar is completely full.
