Professional Safety Training Services (PSTS), Inc. is a minority-owned and family business founded in 1988 By Calvin C. Williams, Sr. while employed as the Regional Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance Director for a large Chemical Waste Management firm. His son, C. Curtis Williams, II worked in the HAZWOPER field in 1990. Then, went into the Army as an Airborne Medic. In 1996, he joined the company as an instructor and now owns and operates the company. Our PSTS company logo represents a person extending their hand downward to pull the other person upward, across the threshold to safety. Our slogan is: “Place the Safety of your Employees in Our Hands!” The slogan coincides with the helping hand depicted in the logo. We gladly extend out our hands to be of service to you and your company. Our mission is to make sure that everyone we teach know that they are responsible for their own safety and well being and that safety is not optional.

What sets us apart
We have a successful proven track record of doing business for over 34 years. Apart from being able to conduct training at job sites, we offer weekly courses all year long at our facility giving students the advantage of not having to wait a long period of time to register for class. Every week we run HAZWOPER 40, 24 &16 hour training as well as the annual HAZWOPER Refresher, Confined Space Entry, 10 & 30 hour Construction Safety training and many other courses. We work on accommodating the training based on the needs for the company that will be employing the students. We strive to form partnerships and create successful long term business relationships.
